Nicole recently helped my wife and I purchase a home in Lancaster, NY. We were first time home buyers, and the process of finding and purchasing a home proved to be very daunting before we met Nicole. She was extremely responsive to our texts and calls, and scheduled showings either same day or next day after we expressed interest in a home. When we found our dream home, Nicole was extremely helpful in analyzing comparable homes and helping us to come in with an offer that was very competitive, but not too high (this sweet spot can be hard for a buyer to identify themselves in this crazy market). She also helped us get pre-approved for a mortgage within 2 hours (on a Sunday!) so that we could submit an offer by the deadline. Our offer was accepted, and Nicole continued to walk us through the entire closing process until the documents were all signed and the keys were in our hand. Her devotion to her craft was apparent throughout our entire experience working with her, and we would recommend her to anyone who is currently looking to buy or sell in the WNY area.

As a first time home buyer, to say I knew nothing about the process or just homes in general is an understatement.
