My husband and I made the decision to move out of state to spend our retirement years closer to our children. Nicole is hands down THE realtor you want when looking to buy or sell your house, and we found her local knowledge and experience in the Gwynedd Valley/Ambler/Blue Bell area to be in all honesty incomparable and outstanding. Nicole just knew everything it seemed basically about any house in our area, history of transactions, who is selling, who might be wanting to sell, etc. She lives here and just knows this space like the back of her hand. The amount of work she does really shows, she is just so thorough and prepared, and her connections in this town run so broad and deep that it just allowed her to get our deals done and to the full satisfaction of all parties involved. We have a big family and so needed to be very particular with the type of house we bought, number of bedrooms, etc. So it took a while to find the right house and Nicole so happily showed us so many houses and we never once felt pressure to do anything. The house we bought last month was the perfect fit and without Nicole, we wouldn't have gotten that house. She also has on speed dial all the top housing people to support inspections, chimneys, etc. When Nicole calls, people answer and show up the same day! So then once we found our new house, Nicole sold our house so fast within a week and got a bunch of offers, and we together decided on the best one to go with. And she handled everything to get it ready from staging advice, professional photos, video, nice brochures etc. She's phenomenal and does it so well, and no matter what always has your back and does what's best for you. She makes it look easy. Most importantly, she is super cool, easy to talk too and so down to earth, funny, very hard working and always available day and night and weekends on a moment's notice. She lives and breathes this space and is so passionate. She has so many great relationships with other realtors, buyers and sellers directly, contractors, etc. that she is who you want when buying or selling in this area, and we're very lucky to have had Nicole working for us, and also thankful to our friends who referred us to Nicole in the first place (who bought and sold their houses with Nicole too).
