Nikki was an absolute treasure!! That lady really knows her stuff!! She made an appointment to meet with me and brought her buyer's agent so that she would be able to see what type of house she would be bringing buyers to. Nikki suggested that I had to do one minor repair in order to bring the house a better value. She even went so far as to line up a person to do that repair. Nikki really pulled some strings to have the repair done immediately and within a week she had my house listed. The VERY NEXT DAY there were 4 showings, 3 the next and 2 the following day. The entire process was so overwhelming to me, but Nikki was right there every step of the way calming me down and letting me know what to expect. Within 2 days of the house being listed and "live" it was sold!!! She walked me through all the closing procedures with such ease. If I were to ever move again I would DEFINATELY use her. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nikki and her team for any and all of your real estate needs!!!!
