Nicole did a great job at helping me sell a recent property. She went above and beyond when it came to issues due to a fha loan and the repairs that came with it. Nicole was very understanding with our decisions based off our needs and wants. If your looking for a real estate agent that is direct, to the point, but on your side, she is the one you want. I just today completed the sale of my family home and Nicole has been my realtor throughout. To put it mildly it was not an easy process due to a number of circumstances but she handled the deal from signing to selling to closing with professionalism, acuity and aplomb. On top of the many obstacles being thrown at her, I live on the other side of the country so communication was another challenge which she handled magnificently.
