My experience began with Nicole sitting down with me and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Oklahoma market. Based on my input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Nicole provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit my wants/needs and what type of home I might expect to find within my budget. To start, I spent one or two days looking in each of the neighborhoods I selected and checking out listings while Nicole told me about the pros/cons and the different things she saw in each house and community. I was a very indecisive home shopper, so I definitely tested Nicole?s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and she provided excellent responses. Most important to me, Nicole was always honest with me about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and I always felt that she truly had my best interests at heart. In the future, if I ever decide to move, I will definitely use Nicole again to both sell my home and find a new one.
