Nicki was incredible to work with for purchasing my first home! She was readily available to answer questions and give me her opinion when I asked for it. She was honest, truthful, and upfront about the process and what needed to be done to secure the house I wanted. I have used Nicki three times for the purchase of two houses and the sale of one. For all three, she was magnificent! Her knowledge and skill in the market got me into my first home at a great price. Her skills of negotiation were the reason our offer was accepted over others for the purchase of our current home. And her knowledge of the market and extensive networking skills got us offers and a cash deal above asking price when we were ready to sell that first home. She is absolutely a 5 star agent (if I could give more stars, I would!), and a great person as well. It is no surprise to me that she is one of the top agents in our area.
