We would NOT have sold our house so (seemingly) effortlessly without his expertise, his savvy team (stager, photographer, office), & energy. A new job out of state started in the fall. Houses typically do not sell in winter. Our first viewing was right after the first snowfall! We were nervous! But Nick had our house sold in no time. In the middle of this, his family experienced a profound situation. He had to rush out of town. Not only did he set up a backup to assist us, but during this intense time he actually called himself a few times to check on US! He is personable, kind, & extremely knowledgable.
