He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone goes in your favor and he will not disappoint! First time selling our home and I wont use anyone else down the road, ever. ZillowVERIFIEDNick is unreal! His knowledge of marketing, social media, and the real estate market is above any realtor I have ever used, and I have bought/sold 5 homes. His associates in the audio/visual and escrow fields are equally as knowledable, professional and timely. Nick is very communicative, thorough, and on top of things in every step of the process. When we interviewed Nick we had many assumptions that he assured us and proved to us to be false: that we needed to wait until after the holidays because homes didn't sale well during those times, we should wait for Spring because that's when houses sale best, that it was a buyers market, that having leased solar was a problem, that we wouldn't get the price we were asking, and much more. He assured us that homes sale during holidays; that listing at the right price would not only get what we were asking, but possibly more; our solar lease could be worked out; and that the right buyer was out there. Because of Nick's knowledge we had multiple full-asking-price and above offers within 2 days of hitting the market. Due to Nick's marketing skills we had an inordinate amount of qualified buyers at our one and only necessary open house. Nick could not have made the process any easier or more comfortable. If we were staying in CA, we would most definitely use Nick in any future real estate business. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, he has become a friend. Thank you Nick for all you did for us to get us more for our home than we were told was possible. You are the best agent we have EVER worked with!!!
