I have a very demanding work and social calendar, travel frequently, had a very specific type of home I was looking for and wanted to look at homes all over the state of Massachusetts. Nick was with me every step of the way, explaining not only what I should look for, but what I should avoid. He also had helpful insight on attorneys, home inspectors, finding the right tenants, and everything else that falls under the umbrella of buying a property. As we moved from offers, P&S, to closing, Nick and Cecilia were on top of everything and I couldnt have done this without them. 100/10 would recommend them to friends, family, and hope to work with them again in the future!

This is when Nick showed us he was also a Wizard, and pulled success out of a disaster, saving the sale not once but twice.
