After getting into the business at the lowest point of the economic crisis back in 2010, I have learned and accomplished more than I had thought I would be able to do. During my first full year in real estate I sold 17 properties! That was enough to finish 9th in production in my office which had 100 agents!
In 2014, I served on The Associate Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams Realty in Worcester. The ALC is comprised of some the top agents in the office. The ALC is responsible for holding ownership and management accountable on the budget, market center goals, agent training and individual office policies.
I am a 2 time Keller Williams BOLD Graduate. Bold is essentially a boot camp for real estate agents. It is a training program that teaches the foundational principles of lead generation and marketing. This intensive 8 week training not only opens doors for your business, it allows you to undertake a entirely new mindset and allows you to truly come from contribution and help your clients make the best decisions possible.
In December on 2014, I Joined Remax Professional Associates. I chose to make the move to embrace a new model, new training courses and a whole new way of doing business! I wanted to learn the tips and secrets from one of the Largest real estate brokerages in the world to help me provide the best possible service to my clients!
I have since decided that Keller Williams Realty is the best place for me to run my business. The tools, training and support Keller Williams provides is truly unmatched. I can now operate my business with the training learned the two biggest real estate agency's in the world. This allows me to provide unmatched market knowledge and it allows me to put the best of both companies in my marketing strategies which allows me to get my clients the best possible price on both the buying and selling sides.
