Kevin stuck it through with us from the start of our First Home Buying process. With us, as the vast majority - this was a very long process. We wanted the perfect home for our needs. We were set on a new build that fell through due to the city, but that didn't hinder Kevin from trying to help us get in. Kevin would set timely tours on a dime and quickly adapted to any changing plans. As first time home buyers, he provided knowledge and guidance on how to realistically navigate the market, contracts, and everything it entails. We built a great relationship with Kevin and see him as part of the family. The biggest selling point for us when first meeting Kevin was that he didn't try to push a home. Kevin never tried to force a perspective, push a sale, change our opinion, or make false claims intentional or otherwise. He was honest about pros and cons of homes without being disrespectful to the home, area, etc. He would listen to us and hear out our concerns - as well as, 'sounds like this isn't the one.' Being ok with us wanting to keep searching through the years and being patient when we pulled back for awhile to let life changes happen, made him a real person's realtor. He isn't flashy, he isn't pushy - You will have a down to earth, open realtor with Kevin. He will make suggestions on what to offer sellers, what to ask for concessions, or help you negotiate during a new build. We had a wonderful experience with Kevin and buying our new home!
