Nick Gelfand

I am extremely passionate about my profession. My focus since day one has been to become an expert in this field. Being an expert, I think, is the most important attribute I could have for my clients. I realized that being an expert in any field is never-ending. You constantly need to continue to dedicate yourself to the profession in many different ways. Luckily I love what I do and that makes it feel effortless.
In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker in MA and CT, I hold a MA Real Estate Appraisal License and have experienced in flipping houses, being a landlord and many other aspects of the real estate field. Community involvement is important to me and I have served on several local non-profit boards over the years. I always want to be part of the solution and not the problem. In 2011 I was honored as one of the recipients of the 40 under 40 award from BusinessWest, the Business Journal of Western Mass.
