Nick is always professional, timely and efficient. He anticipates what things need to be done like inspections and orders them before the house its the market. He is very easy to work with and with Docusign, things happen fast. He has sold two homes for us and I think he was looking out for our best interest at all times.

If you need a real estate agent, Nick, the guy. when I first met Nick. he told me that he would help me whether I picked him as my agent or not. And he did.
