Since we were moving from out of state, it was important to work with someone familiar with the towns we were interesting in. From his first response to our initial email, Nick was very responsive and clearly answered all of our questions. Throughout the process, Nick kept us regularly informed about houses coming on to the market including finding out about one house while we were looking at another and immediately setting up a showing with the sellers agent. This was complicated by the fact that we were usually out of state but he was very flexible about giving us virtual tours of certain properties. We highly recommend hiring Nick as a buyers agent. He really earned his commission and wed happily work with him again.
