I had a wonderful experience working with Nick Cantey. He is responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable about the market. He is also a licensed contractor which was incredibly helpful as I was looking at older homes and had a ton of questions about improvement projects. This was a first time purchase for me and he was great about holding my hand and talking me through everything. The housing market is nuts and it was so nice to have someone who genuinely cared about getting me into the right house. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I've worked with Nick buying/selling four times over the past two years. Whether looking for a place to raise your family, or you're expanding your investment portfolio, you want Nick on your team. His knowledge of real estate paired with his construction expertise was an enormous asset when I was purchasing a rental property that needed to be rehabbed as well as a property that will eventually be used to build our forever home on. As with any real estate transactions, sticky things normally came up. I was always confident in Nick's ability to smooth things out or get things done.

Nick is amazing!! My husband and I were looking for a 2nd property/Airbnb in downtown Knoxville and Nick went above and beyond to help us. From reviewing the inspection and assessing the amount of work to flip a home (him and his dad have a construction company and are extremely knowledgeable) to jumping through hoops with the HOA and our lender to approving a conventional loan when unconventional loans are the standard. Nick was born and raised in Knoxville and a I cannot recommend him enough! He will give you a white glove experience!

Nick was an excellent realtor. Not only is he a realtor, but he is a licensed contractor as well so he was a great resource in helping to find the right house in the right condition. He really knows the area well. Nick was a strong representative of my interests with the sellers, the mortgage company, and the title company. I am really glad I had Nick in my corner. If you aren't sure if you want to build or buy then Nick is the absolute best resource in Knoxville.
