Nick is truly the BEST and very thorough! He took care of setting up everything I needed after my offer was accepted with the home & pest inspection. He made everything super easy for me and the whole process was a breeze. He really does take pride in his job and is probably the most efficient realtor I have met! When I reached out to him originally about the house it was over the weekend, and I expected him to say I will get with you Monday, but no he literally dropped what he was doing to show me this house and we put in an offer on that day, and the offer got accepted that day! It was amazing!! He said if I didn't show you that house right then, and someone beat us to it over the weekend I wouldn't be doing my job! He truly is great at what he does!
