Make sure you know what your WANTS and your NEEDS are, and understand the difference between them. When you find the right home, don't hesitate!

Pretend you are a buyer and walk through your home critiquing it honestly. Less is more (declutter!). When hiring a Realtor to represent you, do your homework and check their stats/sales. Make sure you're hiring a full-time Realtor, one who has the time to work hard for you!

I've sold over 330 homes in my career, and I've worked with a wide variety of customers. First-time homebuyers, job relocations, investors, families upsizing and downsizing, second homeowners, etc. Most of my business comes from repeat and referrals.

I'm fond of all my transactions, and I remember each of them like they were yesterday. I had a customer contact me last month whom I worked with in buying their second home 11 years ago. Their family continues to grow, and now it's time for a larger home.

I come from a family involved in real estate, from appraisers, brokers, real estate colleges, etc. It's in my blood!

I work closely with my local board of Realtors (Naples Area Board of Realtors), and have sat on their board of directors since 2016. I'm also involved at the state level with the Florida Realtors. The added connections I have, both local and statewide, in addition to the discussions and market analysis gathered from all, I have a vast knowledge and pulse of the market at all times.
