    Nicholle was AMAZING. The house she sold for us was a rental 3 years prior to us selling. She made recommendations as to What we needed to fix/update in order to get a full price offer. We did those updates and the house. We put the house up for sale at the beginning of December and sold in January for almost full list price. We were very happy with the smooth process. I would highly recommend Nicholle as your realtor.

    I highly recommend Nicholle! Nicholle listened to what we wanted in a home and in less than two weeks, we found it. My wife and I were on a tight schedule and Nicholle was there for us whenever we needed her. I had a few other Real Estate specialists which were assigned to me through my personal banking institution, however they were not very accessible and did not return calls in a timely manner. Not only did Nicholle help us find our perfect home, she also recommended local lending institution to finance our home. It took less than an hour to lock in our purchase at a lower interest rate than other competitors.
