    About Nichole Rogers

    I am a native of Myrtle Beach, SC, and I have a deep love for the Grand Strand and Lowcountry regions. Born and raised in the area, I graduated from Socastee High School in 2000. I then pursued a degree in Interior Design and Architecture at Horry Georgetown Technical College. For the past 21 years, I have worked with builders, realtors, and homeowners, helping clients furnish their dream spaces, ranging from commercial suites to vacation getaways. Growing up around construction sites with my dad, who works for one of the top 15 largest companies in the country, I learned to read blueprints at a young age. I have witnessed this once-sleepy beach town blossom into the fastest-growing area on the East Coast! I have sold various properties, including single-family homes, oceanfront condos, commercial properties, and new constructions. Currently licensed in South Carolina, I am a certified Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist. I take pride in showing my clients the warm hospitality of our hometown as they make their move to the Grand Strand. My experience as a Listing Coordinator for our team has greatly benefited my clients in multiple situations. Recently, I was featured in the September issue of Haven Lifestyles Magazine for a luxury custom home that I assisted in designing from the foundation up, truly helping my client create his forever dream home! I am always eager to learn and expand my knowledge in the field. I reside in Conway and enjoy spending time at the beach, attending concerts, traveling, and going to sporting events with my family and friends. One fun fact about me is that my great-great-great-aunt, Adeline Cooper Burroughs, won a contest to name Myrtle Beach after the Wax Myrtle trees back in 1900!

    Nichole was great in the process of helping find a new home. She's very knowledgeable about the area, understands the building process of construction and works with great closing attorneys. I also used her to sell my other home after I moved into my new home. Her experience in dealing with clients and other agents made selling my home a non issue for me.     Nichole was very accommodating. Being new to the area her recommendations for mortgage & insurance agents and legal advice were very helpful. She personally assisted me checking with the builder and kept me updated with personal texts, emails and photos of the property as the closing date approached. Nichole even arranged a remote closing due to my family obligations of not being able to attend the closing in person. I would highly recommend Nichole as an agent based her professionalism and responsiveness to my needs as her client.

    Got the job done. Was pleasant and charming up until the time we signed the exclusivity contract. After that it was a lot of excuses for not meeting deliveries, unanswered emails, slow response or non-response for requests for information. Did not follow through on promises and was downright disrespectful (in a charming way) at times. In the end, she helped us get into the home we wanted so 2 stars, but I would not recommend or would choose another agent who better looked out for their client's interest.
