She personally assisted me checking with the builder and kept me updated with personal texts, emails and photos of the property as the closing date approached. Nichole even arranged a remote closing due to my family obligations of not being able to attend the closing in person. I would highly recommend Nichole as an agent based her professionalism and responsiveness to my needs as her client.

After that it was a lot of excuses for not meeting deliveries, unanswered emails, slow response or non-response for requests for information. Did not follow through on promises and was downright disrespectful (in a charming way) at times. In the end, she helped us get into the home we wanted so 2 stars, but I would not recommend or would choose another agent who better looked out for their client's interest.
