Nichole convinced me that it would be worth the investment If I let her list my house and she could aEURoework for me.aEUR? Nichole came very prepared to our listing meeting by bringing several market comparables of houses that have sold in the area. Nichole knew the reason that some houses sat on the market for a long time and helped us not make the same mistake. We listed the house at the price point Nichole sugggested and she personally sold the house to a buyer. The house was on the market for less days than the market average.
