ZillowVERIFIEDNichole is an amazing realtor! She was such a hustler, and she really put in the work. She took the time to get a feel for what my husband and I were looking for and pounced on a spot for us before it hit the market. Though we were initially outbid, Nichole was quick to act when that offer fell through. We ended up closing on the house in our dream location a few weeks ago. She worked tirelessly, pouring through disclosures and inspection reports (multiple, since the initial buyer did a second home inspection!) and explaining everything thoroughly to us. This was refreshing, as previous realtors had merely sent reports without any commentary or guidance. The house has a lot of quirks, so it was not an easy job! We went back and forth with multiple inspections, counter offers, etc. Nichole was super proactive during the escrow period. The following doesn't even convey it all, but she visited the house alone numerous times to check details and take pictures. She spent hours on hold with insurance companies to secure quotes (the house is somewhat rural, so insurance was complicated). She went with my husband to meet city officials for clarification on certain regulations. She took time out of her day to let us into the house about 10 times during the escrow period. She stayed on the phone with us until 9 pm multiple nights as we tried to work out inspections and our financing. She made sure to work within our tight first-time homebuyer budget. She maintained constant communication with the lender to ensure everything was in order for our closing date. She also effectively conveyed to the seller how perfectly suited we were for the property. Really, we can't say enough how wonderful Nichole is and how grateful we are to have found her! She works so hard and is clearly super passionate about what she does.

Nichole was always thinking one step ahead to make sure that all of our inspections were scheduled within the appropriate timeframes to close escrow on time.
