With that, we needed a lot of help with more than just moving out of state. Nick and his team sell a lot in and around our Leawood Estates subdivision. We called him and he was very friendly and professional. He met with us last week and was a breath of fresh air. He gave us a realistic price for our home and had his marketing director, Kelly, at our home giving us really helpful tips and trick to get more money for our house. He gave us contractors for things we needed to do around the house like painting, tile repair, landscaping, and putting in new carpet. He took the guess work out of getting the home ready for the market. We will be listing this late spring/summer and Nick Wagoner gave us a really clear road map to get us ready to sell fast and for top dollar! Will recommend to our family and friends looking to buy or sell a home.
