Nicholas was wonderful to work with all around. He was friendly, professional, and available whenever we needed him. He was so knowledgeable every step of the way and really put our minds at ease. There are so many moving parts and considerations when purchasing a home, and Nicholas kept us informed and on top of everything--He is great at explaining every detail! Nicholas responded to all of our questions whether it was early in the morning to well into the night, both on weekdays and weekends (even on his birthday). if there was anything he was uncertain about, he would follow up and get back to us in a timely manner. Nicholas was awesome! Could not have been happier or expected more. Did a fantastic job for us. Went above and beyond. Always got right back to us when we texted or called him. Knew all the answers to our many many questions. The other party's agent tried to pull some shenanigans on us and Nicholas was right on it and shut them down. Nicholas is the best real estate agent, which anybody can ask for. He is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and ever ready to answer, any of your questions. Given this was my first-home buying experience, he took time to understand our needs/wants from the home. Also because I was new to the east-bay market, he gave an overview of the local real estate market and then, suggested me some areas to focus, given my budget & timing. Once we had short listed the property, he came out with all his experience and helped us write the best offer. We were involved in a multiple counter situation and again, he helped us in refining the offer, to make it a winner. In all, he made our home purchasing experience, a total breeze.
