ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Nick was great. I had a difficult schedule. Nick was able to to help me with it. We looked at a lot of properties every weekend. We did a lot of driving to see each propertie. I would recommend using the real pictures instead of photo shopping them. This my only complaint about looking at homes. Nick was in formidable on each proertie. He knew about each town and local information. This was a help with picking town. I all so need to be in a location that helped me get work. I didn't make it easy. He and I did the best to pick suitable location and homes. In the end I decided on 38 Lucerne Dr Wellington Connecticut. This propertie was the best fit for me and my dogs. Nice house good yard. And I can improve it to make it more my own. So with that said I would recommend Nick to everyone i know needing to sell or buy a home. Thanks again

ZillowVERIFIEDNick was so wonderful to work with. He was understanding and patient, especially considering I didn't really have a set criteria of what I was actually looking for in a house. He showed me a few homes that ranged in area, single/multi family, size, and potential. He offered helpful insights as we looked thru each home. Once I was ready to make an offer, he helped me understand the process of following thru to closing. Even after closing, he followed up to see how the new home was. The entire real estate industry has changed since I last bought a house 17 years ago (not for the better). Nick was great in seeing me thru a cumbersome process.
