He showed me a few homes that ranged in area, single/multi family, size, and potential. He offered helpful insights as we looked thru each home. Once I was ready to make an offer, he helped me understand the process of following thru to closing. Even after closing, he followed up to see how the new home was. The entire real estate industry has changed since I last bought a house 17 years ago (not for the better). Nick was great in seeing me thru a cumbersome process.

He worked around our schedule and was with us each step of the way. If there was something we didn't understand he would either explain it to us or he would find out the information.
