Buying and selling a home can be stressful, confusing and overwhelming. Buying or selling a home with Nicholas Preziosi ? exciting, straightforward and rewarding! In the last year my husband and I have both SOLD with BOUGHT a home with Nick and we could not be more pleased and grateful. On the professional side, we sold for more than $20k over listing price in less than a week. More impressively, he got us our new home for $50k below list price even with a bidding war. In today?s market, with all of the horror stories about families losing homes, searching for months and paying well over a market value, we were hesitant to even look for a new home. But we experienced nothing but the opposite with Nick. He had us inside the property within an hour of us finding it and had financing and an offer put together within 24hrs. He went well above and beyond obtaining information we needed for our planned renovation and even talked through some of our ideas with us to help increase the property value. On the personal side, you will not find a more transparent, hardworking and down to earth person. He even offered to help us renovate and move after we settled! (Of course we couldn?t let him because he had already helped us enough!) Realtors are a dime a dozen.. but Nick Preziosi is a rare and valued find. His passion for his profession and eagerness to succeed for his client is unparalleled. If you are in the market for a new home or ready to list, I highly recommend Nick for the job. He will not disappoint!!!
