When we met Nick Kibby, we were not looking to buy a house. We were curious to see what we would even qualify for and decided aEURoejust to lookaEUR? at one house that we thought checked a lot of boxes for us. In the end, we found an even better home to call ours! Nick made the buying process so easy for us. His no pressure, always communicative style worked well for us and he made himself available several times as we went to look at homes all over the East Valley. He helped us keep our expectations realistic in terms of what we could afford and what concessions we may want to ask for. When it came time to negotiate closing on our new home, Nick worked his magic and got us a fair price and some considerable repair credits plus a new AC unit. Nick went above and beyond in supporting us with all aspects of our move. We recommend Nick Kibby to everyone we know.

This was our first home sale, and Nick was absolutely invaluable in the process of selling our home. Other agents gave quotes of what sale price we should have without ever looking at our house. Nick wouldnt even give us a ballpark estimate until he laid eyes on the home, and then concurred with our opinion that our home was something special and that it would sell for higher than similar houses in the neighborhood. He saw the added value and marketability in the recent remodel we had done. He knew what demand our neighborhood had. He gave some suggestions of what small improvements could help the house sell even quicker when we were ready to go to market. He never pressured us and was very patient as we decided if this was the right time for us to sell our home. In the end, Nick presented us with a buyer who put in a pre-market offer. We were able to sell our home for above market value with no concessions without ever having one formal showing. The process from us accepting the offer to our move out went so smoothly. We recommend Nick to everyone we know. He is a solid businessman and a really good person. Not only do we now have a stellar realtor to recommend to others, but we have also gained a new friend in this process.
