This was our first home sale, and Nick was absolutely invaluable in the process of selling our home. Other agents gave quotes of what sale price we should have without ever looking at our house. Nick wouldnt even give us a ballpark estimate until he laid eyes on the home, and then concurred with our opinion that our home was something special and that it would sell for higher than similar houses in the neighborhood. He saw the added value and marketability in the recent remodel we had done. He knew what demand our neighborhood had. He gave some suggestions of what small improvements could help the house sell even quicker when we were ready to go to market.
