Nicholas Getzendanner

I am a DFW native, born and raised in Grapevine Texas and graduated from Grapevine High School (Go Mustangs!!) I joined the Marine Corps shortly after high school and served most of my time at Camp Pendleton in California before earning an honorable discharge in 2002. I have been in involved real estate since 2002 when I started performing mobile closings for lenders, title companies, and borrowers directly. I then spent several years as a licensed title officer for a national title company and a few smaller local title companies. After exiting the title industry in 2016, I decided to go and earn my real estate sales agent license. I spent some time with Keller Williams undergoing their thorough training programs and gaining experience before moving over to work with the great group at Ryan Ward Properties. After spending several years working with Ryan Ward and learning as much as I could, I decided to earn my Brokers License and open my own brokerage. I finished that in 2022 and opened Energy Realty Group. I am an active Broker/Realtor helping my clients navigate the real estate market. I am thoroughly knowledgeable with the Collin, Denton, Dallas, Parker and Tarrant county areas and specialize in the quickly growing Parker County area. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Greater Tyler Association of Realtors and the Collin County Association of Realtors, as well as the National Notary Association and the American Association of Notaries.
