Nicholas was with me all the way. I was selling a home for a relative as a Power of Attorney, and, hadn't sold a home for 25 years before then. Nick talked me thru the process, what I needed, if I couldn't figure it out - he researched the information for me. He was great, I didn't have to worry about anything and sold the house for the asking price in like - three days!! The hardest part was cleaning up the house - selling it was a piece of cake!!
