In 2020 we bought our first home with Nick. In 2024, we sold that home and bought another home closer to family. We knew from the beginning that selling and buying our home could only happen if we went back to Nick. We were able to sell our home quickly after listing. Nick put together the best team to make our home look amazing and gave us the best advice on how to stage the house. Nick explained everything along the way, and ended up getting us more than asking price on our old home. When it came to the new home, Nick was able to get it for less than asking price.
