We absolutely loved working with Nick. As first-time homebuyers, we had a steep learning curve and Nick was there for every single step of the journey. We went to see a home listed by your agent aEURoeJoel AyalaaEUR? both my husband and I. Seemingly everything was going fine and we almost had a deal after communicating back and forth for almost 4 days with both the owner and real estate agent. Between them both, I dont know who was worse and more disrespectful. For the showing, this agent showed up in sweats after having us wait for 30 minutes, although it was a last minute plan, the owner shouldve communicated with us about this, regardless. Then we brought our kids to see their future potential home AND IT WAS 43 degrees inside of the house. It was legit warmer outside (winter weather in NY) than it was inside. Completely INSANE, cheap and unprofessional! Out of NOWHERE, after SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THIS AGENT AND OWNER, THEY BOTH decided to randomly stop responding to my husband and I, after agreeing to an accepted offer. Something is VERY fishy about this place and the people handling their deal, especially because its been on the market for over 6 months and nobody has bought it. The owner is MONEY HUNGRY and doesnt deserve ANYONES purchase or renting opportunity, (a tenant can get better respect elsewhere) and the agent is seemingly covering for him as some sort of accomplice. ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS! First (and hopefully last) horrible experience with home shopping ! BEYOND disappointing and dissatisfied.
