Working with Nick Bourdo was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey (second only to choosing a house with central air and good water pressure). At just 25, Nick brings the perfect mix of professionalism, knowledge, and youthful energy--with a height advantage that guarantees he can spot roof issues before anyone else. From start to finish, Nick made us feel like we weren't just working with a realtor--we were house hunting with a good friend who just so happens to know everything about real estate. He was incredibly responsive (seriously, we're convinced he doesn't sleep), and no question was ever too big, too small, or too silly for him to answer. A lot of people in the real estate world only care about their bottom line--not Nick. His drive--his mission--is to make make sure you're seen and heard throughout every step of the home-buying process. When I worked with Nick to get my first home last summer and early fall, he was excellent at making sure I understood every aspect of the most important purchase of my life. All the while, I felt like I had a friend fighting for my best interests. He advocated for me every step of the way and was completely transparent. My advice to anyone in the market for a home: don't go with a realtor that only cares about their bottom line; go with the one that cares about you. Don't go the normal way. Go the Nick way.
