We were moving to an area that we werent familiar with and had concerns about finding the right house in the right neighborhood. Nick put all fears to rest and took weeks to take us around to different keys and/or educate us on what areas might best fit the difficult criteria we provided. He never once complained that we were moving too slowly or needed to settle. His positive attitude put us at ease and made the process that much easier. At times we were very concerned in this difficult market, with our laundry list of desires, that we wouldnt find the house. He told us that the right house was out there and he would find it, dont worry. In this limited inventory market Nick used all his connections to find houses we didnt even know about. He went out with us as many times as we needed. When we found the right house, he provided his extensive network of contractors, bankers, and other resources that made the process very smooth.
