We worked with Nick over a period of several months, looking for a second home near the Jersey shore. He arranged multiple house tours, and was ever willing to schedule around our availability. He patiently showed us around, even on the coldest days of winter. We never felt pressured to settle or compromise on what we were looking for. We liked the fact that he himself pointed out potential areas of concern in some of the properties we saw, and when he felt a property was over-priced. When we finally settled on a condo unit that we really liked, Nicholas facilitated a very smooth closing process, from negotiating with the seller's agent to coordinating inspections and the final closing. While he was out of town on several occasions, he was always reachable and responsive. He is easy to work with, and became a trusted advisor in the whole process of finding a place that we really liked. We recommend him highly to future buyers.

As someone who travels often for work, I knew selling my home would be a challenge. As it often happens in any home selling/purchasing process, many things go wrong and very rarely according to plan. It was no different with my homes transaction. It seemed like there was hurdle after hurdle. This becomes very stressful when youre on the road. I worried that it was going to be impossible to do my job effectively and handle all the responsibilities of getting my home sold. Well, I am here to tell you. Sean weathered every storm, took the stress out of the purchase, and handled every hurdle like a professional. He consistently had potential buyers lined up to see the home, all the way up to the day it was sold. Every curveball thrown at us along the way, he was on it. He also has a great team behind him. He spares no expense to get the home sold. I look on Zillow while I'm in the process of buying my next home, and I see these other agents taking photos with their phones. Sean hired a professional photographer to make sure my home was marketed in the best way possible. I had people consistently interested in seeing my home. A true testament to the amount of work he put in before listing it. He treated the sale as if it was his own home. Which meant a lot and spoke to his character as a person. Quality over quantity. Lastly, his team on the back end, he set me up with an incredible lawyer. She was fierce and did not budge when it came to getting the home sold. Had her assistant drive all the way out to me to finalize things and handle notarized documents. She handled everything on the back end like a machine. Most real estate agents just want to take the fastest route to get a home sold or bought so they can get their sale and move on. That was NOT my experience with Sean. He never pressured me and never cut corners. He has built a process for himself and his customers from beginning to end. His team(s) are a well oiled machine and truly took all of the stress out of a very stressful process. If you have bought and/or sold a home before, you know how difficult selling/buying your home can be. If you have never bought or sold a home before, the process is often painful and demanding. Whether you have or have not bought or sold a home. I promise that Sean and his team(s) will deliver a great experience. There will be bumps along the way, and unforeseen problems, but you can trust that Sean will deliver on his promise and make sure everything is taken care of. Sean is a true professional and highly recommend him for any purchase are sale of your home.
