Nick not only helped our family purchase our dream home but he assisted with the sale of two additional properties - all within 6 months! Each property closed within 30-45 days of being listed which met the needs of both the buyer and seller every single time. Nick went above and beyond the typical duties of a realtor by not only hosting an open house and uploading the information to the MLS platforms but getting his entire marketing team involved. Nick's marketing team made promotional videos, flyers, and included postings of the homes for sale on various social media platforms and shared with over 50+ Facebook groups. This left no stone unturned with making sure the houses that were listed were top priority and visible for any buyer.
