Nichele helped us find our forever home, and with all of our requirements, she did perfect! That also led us to have to sell our existing home, which we weren't sure would ever happen. It needed a lot of work, but with Nichele's knowledge, she made it happen, and only had to fix the most necessary things. She put so much time and effort into making us happy. She made us feel like we were the only clients she had, and answered every single question (there were a ton!) confidently. If she wasn't sure, she didn't hesitate to let us know she would check on it. She never left a call unreturned, she never left us hanging. She was completely professional. She is the BEST CHOICE for the greatest service agent I have ever dealt with. Top notch person and amazing human. I recommend 150%!
