Patti was very helpful and is still a friend to us today. She is wonderful, easy to work with, have some great ideas, and she makes time for us. She had shown us several homes and fully understand if we didn't like the house being shown at the time. She was very understanding in the financing of the home (having to wait for the money to clear). I would use her again. Very good job Patti.

This was our first home buying experience and Patti did really helped us throughout the whole process. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, very patient and always acssesible and available to answer all our questions. Always offering options and great explanation and possible outcomes of each one. Always going beyond expectations and very flexible and able to adjust her schedule to my very busy one. She really made it happend for us, never forcing anything but rather providing as much information as possible so we could alwasy make an informed decision. Before meeting her we worked with several other big local firm realtors, but that just made us realize her level of commitment and professionalism in what she does. She and her team really got us a great deal and very pleasant first time experience. Thanks to her and the team at EXP Realty for such a great experience. Will definitely recommend her to anyone.
