The fact of the matter is that the "average" real estate agent in this country is only doing a handful of transactions and in many cases only the necessary continuing education to remain an active licensee in their respective state. We must differentiate our services as a Real Estate Advisor. The average real estate agent has become a commodity that earns little to no respect.
