We have seen many changes over the last several years in the real estate industry as well as many other industries. The fact of the matter is that the "average" real estate agent in this country is only doing a handful of transactions and in many cases only the necessary continuing education to remain an active licensee in their respective state.

It is time for us, as real estate professionals to step up to plate. The American dream has become the American nightmare for many and it's time for us to raise the bar on the level of knowledge, advice, and services we provide to our clients. We are not just in sales. It is our responsibility to not only be knowledgeable about completing the transaction, but also about real estate as an investment, and about loan programs and how they could possibly effect the cash outlay of their home as an investment.
