I was a first-time home seller and felt overwhelmed when I decided to sell my house. This was the first house I have owned and I had been living there for about 30 years and did not know where to start. I met Nikki months before, after she had sent me a hand-written note introducing herself. At that time I had no immediate plans to sell. When I finally decided to sell I contacted her and she came over with a time-line and a marketing plan. Then she engaged a professional photographer who took lovely photos of my house which we planed to use to market the house. A few days later I was contacted by a neighbor who wanted to buy my house and had given me a very low offer. I referred him to Nikki and after meeting with her he quickly offered full asking price for my house, and we made a deal. I would not have been able to do this on my own. Nikki was a pleasure to work with...always prompt for scheduled appointments and she had answers for all my many questions. She even recommended a mover who turned out to be excellent. A few days ago, after settling into my new home I received a lovely gift...a rendering of my cute little cottage which looks like a watercolor painting. I highly recommend Nikki.
