So my family and I started the adventure of seeking out a spot to build our dream home. We did a lot of research and procedures prior to contacting an agent, as well as getting loan approval started. We contacted Neil, he then moved forward and by the end of the day we had a offer on the table. With in two days we were in contract. One thing I have to say is every time I needed to get a hold of Neil he was right there. He made all the efforts and protected us of the liabilities during the whole transaction. He stayed in touch with our lender and tittle as well as the sellers agent, and of course us. He is very on top of things and makes sure nothing is missed. There was a instance we needed documentation from the county to our lender. Neil drove to the office and handed it while we were at work. his knowledge, integrity and hard work really payed off for us. Now we have a wonderful spot to create a future for our forever home.
