ZillowVERIFIEDIf you're looking for a realtor who is punctual, patient, knowledgeable and diligent call Marvene! We purchased a vacation home in Arnold with Marvene in December of 2021. She was great! She's outgoing, easy to talk to and makes you feel important. We were unsure of the area we wanted to be in and she was happy to show us, for several months, different areas. She never rushed us to a decision just to close a sale. Marvene wanted to make sure we were making our best choice, and not some quick easy choice. On each showing, she would provide us with comps and info in the area.Once we found the home, she was very creative and smart with the offer. She would write an offer that would help set us apart with more than just the total dollar amount. Once in contract, she was great with her follow up and follow through with the various items to be addressed and negotiating the expenses between us and the sellerOverall, we couldn't be happier with Marvene and our experience with her!

ZillowVERIFIEDAlright, let me set this straight. Neil Carlson is a winner. He took me out to look at properties and within a day (thought it might be a little longer) he found THE PROPERTY. And it was stunning!!! We had a well, septic and electric!! It was LOVE! We made the offer...and it was accepted. GOOD DEAL!!!!

Soon after coordinating with him and his amazing team, it became a reality! Neil was always available and VERY responsive. Although hes capable of tackling anything real-estate, I highly recommend him to first time home buyers based on my experience. Neil is very informative and is always looking out for your best interest. Going in it was kind of intimidating, after all its the biggest purchase most of us ever make. But after closing my home today and working with Neil I look forward to doing more real estate business!
