Neal & Jay Modi helped me sell a Flushing condo that had been in my family for decades. It wasn't an easy process because of the nature of the Flushing condo market right now (lots of competition for sellers), but Neal and Jay exceeded my expectations -- for the second time in a row. (They also handled the sale of a Queens house for me. Each of these deals required totally different approaches and skill sets, and Neal in particular's deep experience and skill set was crucial. He was able to find me a buyer for this property, and when there was an 11th hour issue, his network and approach got us over the finish line. I cannot believe my fortune here; they found me, I didn't find them. Neal and Jay hounded me for years to give them a chance; when the time finally came to sell, I interviewed several agents and found them the most suited. Again, they exceeded my expectations. Anyone selling or buying in Queens would be smart to at least interview them for the job.
