I spent 14 years working long hours trying to climb the corporate ladder, but I wasn’t happy. I wanted something more fulfilling, where my hard work would truly make a difference and give me the flexibility to live life on my own terms. After having my first son and missing out on so many milestones, I knew it was time for a change. Real estate felt like the right path. I loved that I could set my own hours, that my success would depend on my effort, and that I’d get to work directly with people every day. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but I’ve always loved a challenge. Twenty years later, I’m still here—grateful that I chose a career that lets me build a business, serve my clients, and be there for my family.
I bring more than 20 years of experience in sales and negotiations. Earlier in my career, I handled large-scale transportation contracts moving containers worldwide, and I also owned and managed a small spa business. The most relevant experience, however, was my 7 years as a Managing Broker for one of the largest brokerages in the U.S., where I trained and recruited more than 200 agents. That leadership role sharpened my skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and guiding people through important decisions—skills I now use every day to help my clients make smart decisions in real estate.
