We listed during a time the market was changing very rapidly and also the slowest quarter of the year (Q4). Nayda kept us updated and with a positive mindset that our home would sell in time. She brought in a professional photographer who took beautiful pictures and requested feedback after every showing. After 4 months, we found a buyer and thats when Naydas experience came in handy with the inspections, appraisals- she was at the house for every appointment. She also went above and beyond by helping us get trash out of the house and vendors in to clean since we moved out of state prior to the closing and final walkthrough. Her communication is constant at all hours of the day via text and phone calls.
