1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find an agent who will understand your needs and do whatever it takes to help you.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose a listing agent who understands how to market your home. It’s not enough to just put it on the MLS. I will show you how I will be able to generate more interest than any other agent you meet.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve sold over 1000 homes in my career and have worked with every type of person, sold every type of property and am proud to have the diverse experience that sets me apart.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Of course I love every sale, but rather than mention the high end luxury market I do so well in, I am most fond of helping a young couple who just found their first home. It’s where they will raise their kids and build their life together.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a construction superintendent for 10 years and decided to get licensed in 2007. My construction background comes in handy when navigating through inspection concerns and finding a solid home for my clients.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I obtained the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, it’s the masters degree of real estate. I am Realtor and a member of local, state and national boards. All of this gives me more knowledge and holds me to a higher ethical standard.
