He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, scheduling appointments, to negotiating with buyers. Nathan kept us apprised of all appointments and new developments during the selling process. My brother are I are seniors, we don't use technology like the younger generation, Nathan walked us through DocuSign challenges. He was very reliable throughout the whole process. I thought about trying to sell it myself and in retrospect, I would have been worried the whole time and would not have received the prospective buyers and the price that I did.
