FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Sit and meet with a qualified agent and ask to learn the buying process. Do it over a 20 minute meeting over a cup of coffee close to where you want to buy.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Ask your agent to show you comparable properties and values: then ask what's on the market now (your competition), and then ask for an expected sale price and what price it should be put on the market now.
Also ask for advice on how a consumer will view your property and what, if any improvements, as simple as changing brightness of light bulbs and cleaning windows so the consumer gets a fantastic first impression of your property.
And finally ask what is the process from the day of listing to the day of closing.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
Everyone you can imagine. I've been in this business since 1977. That's 42 years! I've lived in farm towns and also in center city Philly. So just think of all the different people I've met and made relationships!
4. How did you get started in Real Estate?
Started in the construction business and grew into a general contractor. From there I became a developer and built and also sold my own homes while also building commercial buildings. And kept growing to currently helping people buy and sell real estate properties along with investing in my own rental properties and managing them.
5. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University (1975), furniture building courses at Aspen Mountain College and all the course studies to achieve a Broker's real estate license in the state of PA. In addition I have a real estate associate'a license in NJ.
Nate helped me sell my commercial property. He was my second realtor as the first was having difficulties. It took a while but Nate was persistent, and we finally got the right buyer. I got about 6-7% less than asking but was happy to move the property. Nate and his team were responsive throughout the process.

Unacceptably bad. We were working with Nate Naness's team, specifically Ian Sosa to rent 1314 Addison St (which is still listed as available to rent). I'm just going to give the facts: - Ian missed the tour we had scheduled because he had put it on the wrong week on his calendar - He told us the pet fee was $25 (it was $50), and that there were no late fees (there is a $100 late fee) - He encouraged us to apply, but after we spent money on applications, he told us actually the landlord doesn't have his renter's license so he dragged his feet getting us a lease - He got us a lease about a week later, it was incomplete and incorrect: missed the microwave, lead disclosure was not filled out, and that's when we noticed some inaccuracies about the late fees and payment methods - He demands we sign the lease immediately, though we ask if we can put down a deposit to hold the unit and sign after we get to see it in person, he insists we sign it sight unseen - We reluctantly agree, but ask about virtual rent payment to see if we can be sure to avoid that $100 late fee (mailing by check can be slow) - He tells us 7 DAYS BEFORE AGREED MOVE IN that actually THERE IS NO RENTAL LICENSE and he has to "rescind the lease" that he was pushing us JUST 2 days ago to sign immediately This was by far the most unprofessional rental experience I have ever gone through. STAY AWAY from Nate Naness, Ian Sosa, and Keller Williams.
