At every stage when his presence was necessary at the property, he was there. After the buyer's inspection, Nathen was enormously helpful in arranging services in plumbing, electrical, roofing, sheet rock repair, cleaning to address smaller issues (this is of especial note considering the area had suffered considerable damage from hurricane Milton. Nathen always has solutions to problems when they arise and he held repair costs to a minimum. He is the model for profession and effective real estate sales. We are very pleased.

Did a google search for the best realtor to sell my house, nathan was the first one to respond and was the most professional. Signed a contract with Nathan that weekend. Nathan came over suggested price and fixes to make the property sell. Property went on the market on Friday at noon and was under contract by Saturday. Nathan then assisted us, as we had moved out of state, with getting repairs done on the property. From start to finish took a month to sell and it was all due to Nathan Mather's! would highly recommend Nathan if you want the best price, but more importantly a true professional in the real estate market!
