Nate was extremely helpful, I couldnt recommend anyone over him. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like he was on my side to help me find a great property at a reasonable price (even in a sellers market). Probably most important--I never felt pressured or pushed into making offers on anything I wasnt comfortable with, he gave an honest assessment on each property we looked at, whether good or bad. He valued service over a quick commission check 110%, and to me that is a top priority for a realtor.
