    Once I reached out to Nathan, he responded to my phone message within 15 minutes and came to meet me personally the next day. On a Sunday in fact. Nathan was always polite and frankly quite patient as I was under significant pressure to sell my home. Nathan responded to text messages, phone calls and emails very promptly and thoroughly, never letting my questions wait more than half a day at most. Nathan provided very clear and sincere recommendations and guidance throughout the selling process and frankly made my entire experience as smooth and worry-free as possible. Competent, courteous and compassionate are good words to describe Nathan Lowmaster. I never doubted that I was in excellent hands as Nathan navigated me through a process with which I was not familiar. I can not recommend Nathan Lowmaster strongly enough to anyone seeking a top-shelf real estate agent whether buying or selling.

    Nathan made the process extremely easy, throughout the process he walked us through everything that needed to be completed and he let us know all the different testing that needed to be completed prior to closing. Nathan kept us informed when the house was being shown and gave us all the feedback from the potential buyer. The house was placed on the market on a Monday and we accepted an offer less than a week later, GREAT JOB.
