ZillowVERIFIEDJust got off the phone with Nathan Lilly through Conner Real Estate. Hope it was recorded but most likely not. Tried to schedule a time to look at property and he wanted an pre approval letter and proof of funds for a down payment. He told me to get someone else to show me the property if I didn?t like the rules. He said he had in writing from the sellers to not show their property without pre-approval and proof of cash for deposit. Why would I want to look at property I cannot pay for. Does he want to see my bank account or cash in hand. He then told me he worked for himself but got him by calling Conner Real Estate. The rating is for the rudeness and condescending nature of his tone. Zero stars
