This was our family's first home buying experience and we were beyond fortunate to have Nate guiding us through every step of the process. He tirelessly showed us houses until we found our home, and advised our offer as we competed with other interested buyers. We had a million questions and he was always accessable to answer them. We could not have picked a better realtor to have gone with. Nathan was there to answer any questions we had, and if he did not know the answer he got the answer very quickly. Nathan was there even after we moved in to our new home. Since myself and my husband both work Nathan even met the propane company at the new house to fill the tank and do the inspection. Nathan really went above and beyond what I expected out of a realtor.

Mr. Cross did a comprehensive search for a home for my family. We gave him parameters, and he created a list that was perfect. Unlike other realtors we've dealt with, most every property that Nathan showed us ended up being something we were interested in. His diligence on the front end saved us time on the back end. We went through several buyer friendly offers and negotiations on several different properties, and after 3 negotiations came to a stalemate we finally found a property we could get at a price we wanted. Mr. Cross never lost his patience, he always was clear and correct on the pros and cons of our offers, and he always let us be the final decision maker. Never said, "I'm not willing to make that offer." After an offer was accepted and a 30-day sale period was in place, Mr. Cross was more involved than any realtor we've ever hired. He set up all of our inspections, was patient with my impatience, and was genuinely happy that he was able to sell us our perfect home. I would recommend Mr. Cross to my friends and family, and I rarely have that level of trust in a service provider.

I loved working with Nathan. He listened and provided exactly what my husband and I desired. My first home buying process was very complicated but Nathan wad with me every step of the way. He organized a meeting with all parties to clarify my needs prior to closing, and attended the out of town ALL day closing, thank God because there was a glitch in the paperwork that he quickly identified.
