was new to Little Rock from Los Angeles, and Nate took me under his wing. He Had the properties I wanted to see lined up no problem we got in then got out off to the next listing was pretty strenuous and our days were non stop.. I was under time constraints and he really maximized my short visit. when I found the property I wanted he expedited the process. and definitely went beyond the the call of duty helping me to get all the utilities changed over and advocating during the whole process. took all the stress out with that good Ol' Southern Hospitality..For me an experienced buyer from Los Angeles. this was definitely a refreshing and different experience from buying before that usually was fake or impersonal.
